Returns at Projector Lamps America

Projector Lamps America offers a complementary 150 day warranty on all projector lamps and TV lamps related to defective materials or workmanship. Our warranty commences on the day the lamp is shipped from our warehouse. The projector lamp and TV lamp warranty duration is 150 consecutive days.

When you receive your projector lamp from us it is important you immediately inspect it for any shipping damages. You must contact us within 48hrs of receiving the item(s) to report shipping damages.

Projector Lamps America expressly does not accept any projector lamp or TV lamp return that is the result of a problem with the TV or projector, and not the lamp itself.

All lamps returned to Projector Lamps America must be returned in their original packaging. The packaging must be unmarked and undamaged. All lamps must then be shipped within a second larger box (outside carton) to prevent any shipping damages.

A 25% restocking fee is charged for any lamp returns that have damaged or marked packaging. We reserve the right to increase this restocking fee if we believe the lamp was not returned in unopened condition.

If a return is the result of a database error on the part of Projector Lamps America, a restocking fee will not apply and the lamp will be shipped at our cost.

When lamps are purchased by credit card Projector Lamps America can only refund the credit card used for the original order transaction. Credit cards are only refunded after the returned product has been thoroughly examined by our returns specialist.

For purchases by check or wire transfer refunds are made to the same account and only after the returned goods have been inspected by our returns specialist.

Returns are only accepted when they have been authorized by Projector Lamps America and fall within the 150 day warranty from original ship date.

An RMA number (Return Merchandise Amortization) from Projector Lamps America must be obtained by the customer before any items are shipped back to us. If you do not have an RMA number clearly indicated on your return shipment your lamp will automatically go into our Recycling Program and then no credit can be issued.

Important: The form below is not an RMA or authorization to return your projector lamp. Please wait for confirmation from Projector Lamps America before you send your return lamp. Projector Lamps America will contact you after receiving your information. Note that customers have 30 days from the date an RMA number is issued to return their lamp. Unfortunately after 30 days has passed from the date of issuing an RMA number we cannot accept your return.
